κατακυριεύουσιν and κατεξουσιάζουσιν (Matthew 20:25)

A reader asks:

"Does κεφαλή (the head) have any relationship with katakyrieusin (lord it over) or katexousiazousin (wield authority over) from Mt 20:25?"
