Christos Angelos: die Anschauung von Christus als Bote und Engel in der gelehrten und volkstümlichen Literatur des christlichen Altertums, zugleich ein Beitrag zur Geschichte des Ursprungs und der Fortdauer des Arianismus

Is this available in translation?

Thanks, second temple angelology and demonology is pretty wild stuff.

Roman: yes they are. Lots to explore there too.

Dunca: I used that work in my M.Th. studies, and it was not translated then, if I remember correctly. According to Google Books, it's probably still not translated. See https://books.google.com/books/about/Christos_Angelos.html?id=bmsPzgEACAAJ

Interesting presentation. Thanks, Duncan. Mysticism is one of my favorite subjects.

I noticed that the presentation had a slide for Hildegard of Bingen and Julian of Norwich was another medieval mystic.
