Thanks, the book of course developed from the thesis. It's decent and she makes a number of important observations.

Roman: I used to read more broadly than I do now, but time and circumstances currently limit my curiosity and desire to learn all kinds of things. My library is pretty eclectic. It's the same with my electronic book collection.

Duncan: thanks for those links and the information. That's particularly interesting about Solomon's African wife and I understand what you mean about limited data in this area of research.
